SUREFIRE SUES PENTAGONLIGHT
SureFire, LLC today announced that it has filed a lawsuit against PentagonLight for patent infringement and false advertising. The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

"We filed this case for two simple reasons. SureFire's property is being knowingly and unfairly exploited, and consumers are being misled to their detriment and ours," said Dr. John Matthews, SureFire's founder and president. "SureFire is one of the world's leading creators of intellectual property related to flashlights and other illumination tools.
