做工和总体印象
前面对REX2.0的包装和配件等有了图片介绍,我就不上了,讲电筒本身.拆开包裹后,我发现这一支筒身上是没有任何文字的,后来才看到只有电路上印有REXLIGHT等字迹.它呈灰色,给我的印象是很工整,横平竖直很规矩.摸了摸,棱角分明但不刮手,圆角处理比较保守,我很喜欢.的拧开的时候阻尼感比较强,第一感觉就是防水应该不错。看到拧完O圈后,阻尼感仍比较强,这是什么回事呢?是精密的罗纹加上润滑脂的结果!筒身内部做工也很好,除了电镀的夹痕,没什么可说的。</p><p>总算是看过了筒身,感觉很好,特别是梯形罗纹及电镀质量还有加工精度,都是亮点,使这款产品增色不少,即挤身高档,又和其他大品牌拉开差距,260元仍有较强的吸引力。</p><p>

镀层硬度测试
我也知道这样很残酷,不过还是要干,怎么干?筒磨筒!磨的选手有REX2.0(主角)、钠丽德Z6(倒霉)、MZZLG的18650(陪练)、家里的电饭煲内胆(客串)。</font></p><p><font size="2">具体是怎样磨的就不说了,反正说了也白说,直接出结果.REX2.0没有损伤(肉眼看是这样),其他都有不同程度的损伤.上一张图.</font></p>

size="3">木楼兄回应了,这不是恒流电路,这使我如释重负,原来其电流变化大是因为不恒流,并不是质量有问题。就我而言,不恒流的确不太爽,但实际使用中也算合格,只要对亮度要求不太苛刻,都可以接受。值得一提的是14500时的高亮档,很爽,LED端电流没测过,不过计算输入功率,大胆估算电路效率(100%),按照官方伏安特性,电流也不超标。高电压那十几分钟亮骚很爽!</font> <p>今天先做了金霸王AA的测试,情况不容乐观!
金霸王AA高亮测试
4:35开始有电流声,空调房内1.5M能听见有点烫手
4:58电流声不断减少后没有了至少维持在38度
5:24串表测电流0.6A
5:29亮度低,中高档无明显差别
5:32调光失效,一直维持低亮
一直可以以低亮亮着

金霸王的保质期至2014年,但手电的续航很不理想。
金霸王中亮测试(已换P4)
18:22分开始,电池电压1.611V电池电压1.611V发热,但不烫手
19:35分暂停,电池电压1.26V,电流0.7A电池电压1.26V,电流0.7A没那么热了
19:54分,亮度和东成310电路中亮(电流100~200MA)相当
20:20分(正负5分钟),档位消失,进入低亮手感冰凉
以低亮一直亮着

<p>1)此手电外观加工精度是否满意?</p><p>很满意!<br /></p><p>2)氧化膜硬度是否满意?</p><p>满意!<br /></p><p>3)此手电是否有闪烁现象?</p><p>不说还真的没注意,没有!<br /></p><p>4)反光杯光效及光圈是否满意?</p><p>反光杯光效满意,光圈不太满意,一般,不是太均匀。<br /></p><p>5)防水是否满意?</p><p>目前来说满意,过几天去游泳。<br /></p><p>6)螺牙配合是否满意?</p><p>非常满意!<br /></p><p>7)电路是否满意?</p><p>14500时不是太满意,可能是个体差异大,电流变化很大,续航短。刚才测了金霸王高亮,续航短,情况不容乐观!<br /></p><p>8)旋转手感是否满意?</p><p>紧了点,不过也很满意。</p><p><br />10)按钮手感是否满意?</p><p>不太满意,胶帽和开关仍有空隙,但胶帽手感不错。</p><p><br />11)此款手电,国内定价为260元,偏低?偏高?合理?</p><p>偏高,特别是对于现在的环境来说,又出了几款新手电,降到230左右或以下才显竞争力。<br /></p>

    我觉得直接应该用704单组分硫化硅橡胶粘住,软性胶又可以取下来,还完美防水。往里加荧光粉也是可行的。

    <p>14500 4.06V,垃圾万用表直接串入电路测</p><p>10A档,高亮档0.62A,中档0.28A,低档0.05A,200mA档时44.8ma</p><p>楼主测是多少?实际的电流会比串万用表时候大多少呢?串表测量时各档的亮度与不串时的亮度肉眼看一样,电流不应该有太大变化吧?</p><p>另外高中低3档点亮2秒闪烁一下时,读数都会变化,是往小变,可能断路后又恢复回路?读数变化前与变化后相同。。</p>

    [em09]这个“胶水”的弹性真的非常好。干了以后就是橡胶。软的很有弹性。不是硬邦邦的胶。把光杯取出来,手指使劲一顶就下来了。

    <p>是啊,我也用704,705也用。效果的确不错,但是顶下来之后残留的胶是要花几分钟处理的,对于有曾透膜的玻璃,刮来刮去不太好的。</p><p>昨晚又做了14500高亮测试,可能是电池经过了完整的充放电过程,比上次长了几分钟。</p>
