宜家STENKOL镍氢充电器拆机图和说明书

刚才看到坛友jiweiqi2006发的帖子提到这个宜家充电器，顺手收了一下发现网上有人拆了并且做了视频，还有测试和电路图。
二楼和三楼放说明书。

带温控，2个白色打胶标识NTC原件。
电路板上的UL认证厂家为Kemble Electronics Ltd，香港勤鹏。






4颗电容的规格，都是国产艾华（Aishi）的。

充电器功能

• 为 1 至 4 块 HR6/AA 和/或 1 至 4 块 HR03/AAA 充电电池充电。
• 4个充电槽。 连接的电池单独充电。
• 充电由个别负或零增量 vol 终止tage 检测（-dV/dT 或 0dV/dT）。
• 通过单独的安全定时器和温度传感器确保安全。
• 不可充电和损坏的电池检测。
• 每个插槽有 2 种颜色 LED 指示灯的充电状态。
  

操作说明

• 根据极性指示 (+/-) 将电池正确插入充电槽，见图 1。
• 将充电器连接到电源插座。
• LED 指示灯状态： 白色 LED 灯闪烁：正在充电。 白色 LED 常亮：
  充电完成。 红色 LED 闪烁：错误。
• 如果非充电电池、损坏的电池误插入充电器或连接的电池过热，红色 LED 错误指示灯将闪烁。
  

很高兴知道

• 全新电池需要 2 至 3 次充电和使用周期，以优化电池性能。
• 电池在充电过程中发热属正常现象，充电后会逐渐冷却。
• 充电时间可能因电池容量不同而有所差异。
• 充电时间可能因剩余电量、电池寿命和环境温度而异。
• 充电器工作温度：0°C 至 40°C（32°F 至 104°F）。
  

注意：

• 清洁前或不使用充电器时，请断开充电器与电源插座的连接。
• 使用广告amp 清洁充电器时的布。 请勿浸入水中。

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,  sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved by a person responsible for their safety. Charger features

• Charge 1 to 4 pieces of HR6/AA and/or 1 to 4 pieces of HR03/AAA rechargeable batteries.
• 4 charging slots. Connected batteries are charged individually.
• Charge is terminated by individual minus or zero delta voltage detection (-dV/dT or 0dV/dT).
• Safety by separate safety timer and temperature sensors.
• Non-rechargeable and damaged batteries detection.
• Charging status with 2 colors LED indicators for each slot.
  

Operating instructions

• Insert the batteries into the charging slots correctly according to the polarity indications (+/-) see pic 1.
• Connect the charger to the power outlet.
• The LED indicator status: White LED pulsing on: Charging in progress. White LED steady on:
  charging complete. Red LED flashing: Error.
• The red LED error indicator will flash if non-rechargeable batteries, damaged batteries are inserted into the charger by mistake or connected batteries are too hot.
  

Good to know

• Brand new batteries need 2 to 3 times of charging and usage cycles to optimize the battery performance.
• It is normal for batteries to become hot during charging and they will gradually cool down after charging.
• Charging time may vary based on different battery capacities.
• Charging time may vary depending on the remaining charge, battery age and ambient temperature.
• Charger Operation temperature: 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F).
  

CAUTION:

• Disconnect the charger from the power outlet before cleaning or when it is not used.
• Use a damp cloth when cleaning the charger. Do not immerse in water.

买过3个，送人1个，自己留了2个，有1个出问题了，以前是两节电池都放进去会闪灯拒充，必须先放一节过一会再放另一节，现在是电池充满拿掉之后如果不断电过一会会闪灯，重新装电池无效，必须断电待灯灭了才能重新通电工作。

手上还有一个BQ392，但是电池总容易充的很热，刚才看到坛友发的这个充电器好奇就查了一下。

另外，cs2a当真买了100个？存放都得地方啊。。

说明书上说有温度探头，但是这个拆解视频里没有，根据视频评论，好像这个充电器存在新老两种型号，不知说明书和视频对应的型号新旧。

也不用多大地方是个一落，十罗。而且需要拿出来十个用。主要是信价比高。别的都很贵然后还一样不太满意。

这个充电器亮点在于4节，3节和1-2节电池同时充电时，电流各不相同，比松下三洋和慧眼强一些，如果有温度传感器就完美咯

所以每次循环用到20颗电池吗，2组起步40颗，4组的话就是80颗。。

个人手上5号40颗，7号24颗，充电器只有2个cs2a，1个BQ392，1个以前9.9内测的RYD，1个三洋傻充，平时在用的电池只有3节5号用在煤气灶里，13节7号分别用在感应灯、小孩玩具和体重秤上。

感觉充电器也够用了，只是昨天把所有的电池都拿出来补电，都用的cs2a，效率有点低另外还有一个拿掉电池闪灯有点烦，所以在考虑是买一个新的4槽镍氢充电器还是再买2个cs2a，又或者啥都不买维持现状。

是的，不过1-2节的时候AA电流0.7A不是应急用感觉还是大了点，适合4槽同时充，充2节的时候用cs2a。

看做功是可以的，起码有单片机，不是傻充假冒，至于充得准不准，要实测。
不过这外形，还不配显示屏，已经远落后于时代。

我建议买cs2a。这个是永不过时的经典。主要是信价比高

这两个标着ntc1、ntc2元件的应该是热敏电阻，不知道判停是怎么做的。我买的明天到，到时候拆开看看，可惜没示波器

感谢指出，之前没注意，下面有NTC标识，应该就是了。

这个线路板的设计有个缺憾，就是220V变压稳压部分和直流充电电路之间没有物理分隔开！
