因为近期到了一批可以直接焊7135的铝基片，加上手上又有一片3W的led和其他的一些配件（呵呵，有利条件）所以一直想把自己的那个已经睡觉的强光灯炮的手电给利用起来。

所以我要先搞个反光杯进去，可手上的反光杯大了这个电筒的直径好多，没问题，自己动手丰衣足食

但突然想起手上还没有17670，2节16340的话电压过高了，7135最大也就6V，所以中途改变计划！

手上还有个单节16340的5mm多头led，本人很喜欢这个单节16340，小巧，方便，所以已经用的很旧了。而且原来灯泡手电上的底座也可以拧到这个多头上。（多头内壁也有攻丝）

槽开好后开始固定铝基片在底座上（AMC7135 x 2 的铝基片 + 3W的led事先已焊好）

固定好后就可以把底座拧到原来的灯头上去了

3米左右的光斑，效果非常好，点亮10分钟后还是没感到什么温度！

昨天请教了个朋友，朋友说铝也可以焊接的，只是要特殊的方法而已，让我先用他方法试试看，不行的话再去找亚弧焊，这样就不要攻丝这么麻烦了，今天一早起来牙也不刷就开始搞起来了，终于搞定，现在固定妥当了，呵呵！

铝很容易氧化，根本吃不上焊锡，所以焊的时候用功率大一点的电烙铁，把细铁屑粉加到松香里面去，把铝稍微打光一点，然后用焊锡在铝面上摩擦，铝一会就能吃上锡
不过我朋友说不是所有的铝都可以用这个办法的，具体什么铝他也没说，就先让我试试看，我试了，可以的！
