[原创]自（改）制1AA/1W LED手电详解（多图）

本来我是对手电没发生兴趣的，后来一时兴起，网上购了点元件搞了这么个玩意儿，愿和大家共享，希望对DIY爱好者真正有所帮助，欢迎探讨。 材料准备：普通市售1AA12头小手电一只，1W LED一只，25mm表盖玻璃一片，25mm反光碗一个。电子元器件一套。 电路：用本坛上的网友曾经介绍过的并联BL8505电路（帖子怎么现在找不到了？)，电路就不再发了，值得提醒的是，本电路的关键是选用合适的整流管和电感！经过多次实验，电感取22uH最佳。 肖特基管要注意挑选配对，我的经验是贴片的要差些，最好不用那种。开始用某种贴片的肖特基管，输出电压平均要降低0.15V左右。可在普通的1N5817中挑选压降低并且一致的。 电容可在废电脑板上去折，比很多市售的好，输出滤波要再并联一个几微发的胆电容。 由于是已经改好了才想起发这个贴，有些东西没法拍照片，只好文字叙述了。 折下筒头，从后面用力顶出原来的发光组件，这一步可要费点劲哦。留下空筒头壳待用。将筒身一端的螺纹段锯下约1.5mm（两圈螺纹），作为固定电源PCB板之用。 升压PVB板中心开孔，套在LED的发光体上。 组装示意图如下：

注意筒身左边是截了一段的，所以要短些。

组装好后，全长95mm。

组装前测试：我用的是LUXEON R BIN RXOHW 的1W LED，实测电流350mA时，端电压3.203V, 组装后测量：输入输出 1.50 V 3.210 V 1.20 V 3.201 V 1.11 V 3.000 V 由于测电流的手段有限，只能测电压来推断了。 作为对比的是3AAA手电，同样的1W LED，7135恒流。3只NH750mAH电池，空载电压1.24V。只在对比拍照时才点亮，基本可认为是恒定亮度。 3AAA用的是27mm半橘皮反光碗，改制的这个1AA是25mm光面碗，再加之为了调焦又磨去了一段，所以光斑形状没法比。已经订了10度和15度的聚光透镜，用上后估计要好得多。呵呵。。。。。 电筒距墙1.8米，实际上要在这个距离上才看得出差距，如果在1米左右，亮度的差距将显得更小而有误导了。如果象有些帖子上那样拍1米光斑，大家看了更会心跳哦！ 由于是白天拍照，要受室内光线的影响，大家只看两光斑对比就行了。 1AA用的是全新“长虹”AA电池一只，初始空载电压1.62V。拍照的时间大家可以从照片的EXIF信息中验证。 开始，左边是1AA，右边是3AAA（下同）。

由于AA电池初期有一个很快的电压降，所以在2分钟后又拍了一张。

2小时50分钟，此时的亮度实际上比一个5头LED 手电还要亮一点。结束。

本电筒实际上也可以使用合适的锂电。 原灯头盖已经挖空，但聚光透镜还没到手，不敢进一步加工。如果聚光透镜不理想，就只有配合这个反光碗来加工了。 进一步的打算是用不锈钢车制一个加长套环，再加一个1AA的筒身，就可以1AA/2AA通用了。这种2AA总长145mm，续航能力比3AAA增加30%以上。

不错的DIY 就是散热问题比较严重另外你的电路是用8050的，里面怎么会用2个肖特基的？怎么回事？请回答最好把电路上传下学习。。。。。

t问多星: 电路是两个8505并联,只是输入和输出共用电容,所以8505、电感、二极管都是两个。
在这个筒头上有一个平台，（请放大示意图）LED的散热板刚好贴在上面，当然在开始或用NH电池时，整个电筒能感觉到有点温热，但估计在夏天问题也不大。
