终于成功地diy了一个2AA的头灯

<P>原来的头灯是2AA灯泡的，这两天心血来潮，改装成了1W的led头灯，可惜散热片找不到合适的，弄得很是难看[em11]</P>
<P>电池端电流是200-300Ma,led用的是阿武那里的仿3瓦，3瓦工作实在是太热了，再加上驱动电路本来就是一瓦的，就索性降功率使用了，第一件产品，实在是舍不得装上ls阿！</P>
<P>集成块用的是在网上买的8505</P>

一个建议 就是把透镜直接固定在镜片上，因为LED的热量会烤化热融胶的 固定在led上会掉下来的

<P>3w的当做1W来用了，不会有那么高的热量了吧。不过我倒真的一直担心散热不够，不敢长时间的使用。其实只有0.72w</P>
<P>我还不知道怎么才能让他更大功率的运转</P>

头灯还是用灯杯好点，泛光有利于观察，相反，透镜的聚光是比光杯要好。

为什么没有人做18650的3W头灯啊？既然电池盒是分离式的，用18650比AA爽多了，再说用三节AA比用两节AA好吧？
