请问，这个坑，需要烧多长时间？我今天也搞了一个100mw，太亮了肉眼不能直视，光斑都不行，不过用手略过似乎并不很热。是不是要烧一阵子？需要聚焦吗？

<P>扣主题，我终于在海特弄了个2W的808nm、TO3封装的管子，很小的电流（0.05A左右）就可以看到红色的发光点，0.5A左右就可以在暗处看到红色的反射光，额定2W在2.13A下达到，手放在管子前明显可以感到热度/烫手。发光效率超过50%。</P>

<P>发射体是100x1微米的带，发出的光也是带，用透镜就可以简单会聚。</P>
<P>第二张图就是是那个4mm的发射窗口里面的。</P>
<P>计算机红外口，刚才我用手机看了一下，很亮的，因此这个效果的确是衰减了的。</P>

<P>带型的光也应该用普通透镜，如果目标是光斑最小的话。</P>
<P>柱型透镜主要用于出光平行光，或者光斑要求比较大、比较圆的场合。</P>
<P>其实最好是非球面镜子，就像CD机上的那个单片塑料镜一样。</P>
<P>拍摄红外最好用摄像头，好像红外滤除作用主要在镜头里，换了大镜头就更没有用了。另外镜头相对比较小，即便是相对很长焦距的。相机/摄相机的红外片取下很麻烦，还要换一块玻璃，否则没有保护作用了而且对焦有误差。</P>
<P>850nm、1W LED，这个好像没听说呀，打算用这个进行红外照明？另外一个方法就是多个遥控器上的红外管串并联，很多红外灯就是这么做的。</P>
