今天把晶体盖（Nd:YVO4+KTP）和808nm的LD拿去水洗了，没什么事情.... 不过好了没几分钟，倒霉的事情来了，我将一个黑色手电拉绳非常近距离的放到出光口（距离3毫米左右），拉绳迅速冒烟，等我将接绳取下的时候，发现光柱很弱，光斑也有些扩散，50mW完全变成了10mW左右。 看样子是由于近距离烧烤东西导致LD管无法散热，导致808nm的LD管迅速老化！！ （我这个属于前者808nm的LD管老化） 所以大家以后在玩绿光（特别是功率大于10mW的）的时候，千万不要将物体放到出激光出瞳口上，否则将会导致热量无法散发，迅速导致LD管或晶体老化及损坏！！！

有问题请教下：
便携式，如笔式激光，出口处应该是透镜，不会离LD很近吧？那样也会危险吗？
还有在另一贴看到兄弟说1cm以为照射手，一点感觉都没了，这是什么原因呢？激光不是一束发射出去的嘛？
还有个问题哈，你现在的这个已经彻底废了吗？还能有10mw左右功率？怎么处理呀？当废品卖给我？（偶还没接触过绿Laser呢，呵呵）[em02]

 笔式的功率比较小，而且从LD到透镜有一段距离，所以将东西堵在出光口没什么问题，不过时间最好不要太长了，有短寿的可能。我这个老化的原因主要是我将透镜都取下了（透镜到LD的距离有5-8厘米左右），将物体直接放到LD上面烧，几乎只有3-5毫米的距离，所以LD很快就因为过热老化了。。 还有10mw左右的绿光输出，我还是留着自己研究好了，呵呵：）主要是想把电路搞出来，然后再购一套改成便携的。

慰问一下。不知道这个808功率是多大的？是否测量了通过这管子的实际电流？这种封装应该是C-type，可以找一个换上。
我以前的一个5mW被调成了40mW，非常好，但由于管角旋转松动，把那个细线（只有一根、不是三根）扯断了！

808nm的管子估计是200mw左右的，经过晶体转换后出来的绿光45mw左右，KTP+Nd:YVO4晶体的转换效率可能是20%-25%左右，如果效率没这么高的话，那么808nm的管子很有可能是500mw的功率。 手头上没有万用表啊，这几天有空了去买一块...

激光照射手电绳的时候产生的烟雾,把808管芯给污染了,并不是什么热量散发不出来,这种情况LD就OVER了.一般组装激光器都是在非常洁净的地方,裸LD非常怕灰尘!!!!!!管芯污染以后就把808的两个腔的反射和半反射膜给烧坏了.[em01]

这个LD的确是裸的，不过我拿到水龙头去冲过了啊，没什么效果啊，本来出来的是三束平行光，射出来的红光打到纸上，是一个小长方型，现在都成一字型了...
