一直搞不懂我的100mw532电筒里的那个所谓的LD到底是啥样，你门看在我的另一个贴子里拆过，但拆到下面那段实在是拆不出了（胶水沾的太死了），LD应该在下面那段里面，查了一下网上的资料，说是这种808管有mw级的，也有w级的，不知道我上面贴的图片是不是就是这电筒里LD的样子，另外我的电筒功率是１００mw的，那么它的８０８管大概是多少功率的，看网上说是用１W的８０８管可pump出大于２５０mw的大功率５３２激光，不知我的电筒能否换上这种LD,另外就是看网上说808nm的管子的工作电压都是不超过２V的，这就搞不懂了，我的电筒不是３V的吗，我还不通过尾部那个可调电阻直接接上，发现比打到９级最大功率时要稍稍亮一点，这就搞不明白了，请高手赐教啊．

808就是这个样子的，我的5mW的坏了拆开了与这个一样，但估计是个小功率的，比如0.35W-0.5W。
100mW绿光的LD，应该是0.75W或者是1W。
LD工作电压的确不超2V，里面有降压、恒流电路，3V电池不直接接LD。

 网上说1W的管子可输出大于250mw的功率啊?

推荐1。85V
可以安全用在电压绝对稳定的1。89V，
最大超过1。91V就可能会烧了或严重折寿了。
如果买到好的不烧，那么晶体可能会先烧了。
你的3V是电路用3V，电路输出还是1。85V
