收到LMD的200mW 532nm

<P>刚收到,还没有加电试验,先上几张图。<br>以后陆续上一些测试结果,但暂时没有写评测或者上效果图的计划。<br>有关购买和价格信息不便于在这里公布,请PM。<br>我购买目的主要是做一些相关试验,前面将做成通用接口可以接不同的镜头,后面将做成通用接口可以接不同的电池(包括18650,要稳压)。<br>警告:激光对人眼有危险,一定要知道你在做什么!</P>

<P>不会有详尽的评测了,但会有一些实质的、别的地方很少能看到的内容,比如电压-电流曲线、电流-功率曲线、时间-功率曲线。</P>

光斑变化可能是晶体升温的影响或晶体表面粘上了灰尘,晶体最好不要直接裸露在空气里,它的表面要求极为干净,激光产品出厂组装的时候,晶体都是在无尘室里并且在显微镜下擦拭干净并进行封装的。

<P>我的也有类似现象但不厉害。光斑基本是圆的,亮度中心强边缘差。也会变化的的,偶尔花纹变化的突然。但我感觉这是正常的,因为我的100mW的表现也类似,这应该是内部晶体受热变化引起。</P>
