用IMS SO20X反光杯改了一个surefire KL1

<P>这个GEN1 KL1是我第一个LED手电。不舍得把她严重破坏，于是就小改提升一下性能让她焕发青春。</P>
<P>材料：</P>
<P>1，RWOHW 1W白光LED一个，从头灯上拆下，又把KL1的LD 1W装到头灯上用，呵呵，也还能有。</P>
<P>2，IMS 20MM SO20X反光杯一个。今天拿到，虽然是50元有点贵，但看他的光洁度，应该是物有所值的。</P>
<P>3，当然是GEN1 KL1啦。</P>
<P>痛苦的经历是打开这个KL1，费尽气力，用了台钳酷刑，最后还破了相。</P>
<P>先把旧LED连底座拿下，换上将边角稍为锉小的RWOHW 1W。接好线。</P>
<P>然后是痛苦的另外一次经历。把SO20X磨小。（看前后对比图）</P>
<P>最后总装，由于原来的透镜和镜片之间的O-RING 小，我干脆不装了。</P>
<P>效果：满意。</P>
<P>具体看图。拍摄参数一致，距离50CM。

ims的灯杯，我碰一下就会掉镀层呢，你有什么特别的办法？？磨那么长时间却没有掉镀层？？[em55]

镀层还是很结实的，掉的是背面的，有恐吓作用，呵呵，不用担心。[em01]
