<P>外壳是花30元买的12LED手电,之所以买这个改造,是因为这个灯头可以拧开,筒身直径比较适合改造。</P>
<P>电池使用17670或者18650,18650比较粗,电筒尾盖有些合不严,17670比较细一些,虽然长点,但刚好可以把后盖盖紧。</P>

<P>MC34063效率不算高,同时由于锂电充满电时电压为4.2V,放电一段时间后电压下跌,下跌到3V左右由LM393构成的电压检测电路驱动T2,迫使MC34063停振,LED熄灭。在这个电压范围内,当电池电压较高时,需要降压工作,由于MC34063已经按照升压模式接线,所以实际上是依靠R2和R3进行限流。当电池电压低于3.2V左右时,电路才开始真正按照升压模式工作。</P>
<P>电池为18650时,点亮2个钟头没有问题。
