大功率绿色激光笔PGL-III电池选择

<P>如图，以我的长春CNI PGL-III为例，横轴为电压，纵轴为电流、功率。蓝色曲线为实测电流（A），红色为激光输出功率。<br>根据实际测量和电路推测，正常的工作电压为2.45V到3.3V。此时由于内部的恒流电路在起作用，电流和输出功率都维持在一个正常值，并与电池电压无关。<br>当电压超过3.3V时，尽管恒流电路仍然可以工作，但里面的贴片恒流管比较小，负担了过大的额外电压，恒流电路发热严重，容易损坏。因此，高电压尽管可以使用，但应控制每次点燃时间，此段为危险段。<br>当电压低于2.45V时，恒流电路已不起作用，大部分电压已经共给LD但仍不够，造成电流降低，因此输出功率大大降低。<br>对于原来使用的2节2号碱性电池，新电池开路电压为3.2V左右，有载电压为2.9V-3.0V，完全符合要求。但在碱性电池放电的末期电压不足，因此电池不能完全利用。<br>一次性锂电池额定3V，放电电压平稳，但CR123类电池放电电流有限，大电流放电效果不佳，再加上本身容量比较小，因此放电时间偏短，经济性不好。<br>2节镍氢可充电电池带载工作电压一般是1.8-2.4V，显然偏低不适合此处使用。当然，如果有3节短镍氢也可以考虑，电压稍微偏高。<br>可充电锂电池单节电压在3.0-4.2之间，较大电流放电电压在2.8-4.0V。显然超过了激光笔的供电要求。直接替换可以点亮但很容易使电路过热，同时在放电后期容易过放电而损害锂电池。<br>当可充电锂电池串联一个正向二极管（压降0.7V左右），电压范围就降低到2.2-3.3V，非常适合激光笔使用。<br>我自己就采用了最后一种方法，把原2节2号电池改造成18650，容量大且可充电。<br>由于18650比2号电池细，找了个PVC塑料管套在上面。又由于18650比2节2号短，因此用2号电池的前半部分做了个假电池，正好把3A的二极管焊在里面，其管脚很硬同时作为支撑。另外这个二极管同时起到防止电池装反保护，以及减少过放电危险的作用。</P>
