Surefire KL3----反光杯 3W

收了个KL3，黑色的很漂亮，配合狼眼，也挺好的。由于2个东西的罗纹长度不完全配合，要在电池后加一导电垫子才能使用。

这么大的东西，居然用透镜，1W LD，光色那个蓝啊。。。。

于是买了这个，还有这个，投资无形在增加。


几经努力，伤痕累累，终于一个变五件。



换了个TXOMW进去，由于位置关系，先用原来的透镜，效果立马改善。


等待进一步把它变成光杯的。
将IMS 27MM最大直径的地方磨小，才能放到KL3底部和LED配合。然后将光杯磨短，呵呵，今天使用了自动化工具。
完成，但镜片要找个薄的，寻找中。。。。


减一挡暴光。


关键要领：
1，无合适工具不要尝试，否则请仔细观察图片中的那个压环，这就是悲惨的下场。
2，卡簧钳买175的，而且是要原始状态是闭合，捏紧就张开的这种。
3，KL3一定要先固定好。
4，保护好镜片，用胶带先覆盖，以免工作时损坏。
5，看你运气好不好：）

用了N多洗甲水了，不行。工具好的话，很容易的。原来就是没有工具

光斑是从下往上打的所以不正圆和LED位置无关

左起：PR（塘鹅）/IMS 27MM /IMS27加工后（KL3）/MCR 20/IMS 20/NX05
给KL3用的IMS 27要改短和磨小最大直径。留意图片

由于狼眼和KL3不是标准搭配，筒身和灯头咬合少，所以要加一个导电体在电池和尾盖之间增加长度保证接触。我用了一个自己定做的小圆电路板。
