用IMS SO20X反光杯改了一个surefire KL1
<P>这个GEN1 KL1是我第一个LED手电。不舍得把她严重破坏，于是就小改提升一下性能让她焕发青春。</P><P>材料：</P>
<P>1，RWOHW 1W白光LED一个，从头灯上拆下，又把KL1的LD 1W装到头灯上用，呵呵，也还能有。</P>
<P>2，IMS 20MM SO20X反光杯一个。今天拿到，虽然是50元有点贵，但看他的光洁度，应该是物有所值的。</P>
<P>3，当然是GEN1 KL1啦。</P>
<P>痛苦的经历是打开这个KL1，费尽气力，用了台钳酷刑，最后还破了相。</P>
<P>先把旧LED连底座拿下，换上将边角稍为锉小的RWOHW 1W。接好线。</P>
<P>然后是痛苦的另外一次经历。把SO20X磨小。（看前后对比图）</P>
<P>最后总装，由于原来的透镜和镜片之间的O-RING 小，我干脆不装了。</P>
<P>效果：满意。</P>

</P> <P>应该把第二格也挫掉...现在反光碗能利用的反光面积太少了...</P><P>我又开始对MCR20反光杯YY了...</P> 不是说了不能大破坏吗，对另外一个KL1就是用MCR20的，零件准备中了，呵呵：） <P>哈哈，黄蜂，你把ims 20整得比ims 17还要短呢？拿什么设备干的呢？表面处理得很平整！！</P> 就用280号的水砂纸磨的，磨了半场足球赛啊 应该是平挫吧:) 不愧为大黄蜂确实厉害啊！ ims的灯杯，我碰一下就会掉镀层呢，你有什么特别的办法？？磨那么长时间却没有掉镀层？？ 镀层还是很结实的，掉的是背面的，有恐吓作用，呵呵，不用担心。 只能帮你顶一下了，呵呵。
前一张是PR-T强光，后一张是PR-T弱光（15欧姆电阻）
