DIY得不错....不过,....电池盒露在外面不太好看.....电池能用多长时间???

测试过一次，也就45分钟。原因可能是有2节的容量很低，所以拖累了其他电池，12节18650的重量还不算大，五六百克，如果都用2600MAH的话用3小时也没问题。重量也比用电瓶轻多了。我准备再做个新的电池包。

 如果以后不打算装到汽车上的话，还是想办法把电缆剪短，做好绝缘，争取把电池内置

其实用电瓶也可以，12V 7AH的电瓶约2.4Kg, 可以亮2.5小时吧，放在背包里尚可忍受。而且电瓶的大电流放电特性比Li电要好。

成本也就是安定器灯泡240 ，灯体26，12节拆机电池24块，成本不高吧。

目前用的是拆机电池，三个三星充电器串联充电的，其中电压是有高有低的，等我换成新电池的电池包之后就把充电器拆开，分别冲单独的4节并联电池，这样就可以保证每并的4个电池电压相同。现在用拆机电池的烦恼就是容量不同的电池在串联充电时会有容量小的先过充，有的容量大的充不满。拆机电池终究只是临时替代品，目前使用时间也只有一个小时，正常的电池的话应该能用2-3小时。

晕了搞这么大功率的还不如高5个3W CREE LED 效果会好嗲********************************1个3W CREE顶多160流明, 5个才800流明.而1个35W的HID是2800流明啊.在价格上5个CREE加驱动也超过300元了,比HID还贵.

外壳是这里买  <a href="http://auction1.taobao.com/auction/0/item_detail-0db1-d4a3262626dd7b87eb774709672b4a37.jhtml">http://auction1.taobao.com/auction/0/item_detail-0db1-d4a3262626dd7b87eb774709672b4a37.jhtml</a> 就是要卖家发货前仔细检查一下，我的外壳上缺了螺丝，还有这个东西超重了，邮费会多收的。充电的话做好电池组之后三组串联的电池引出3条线来分别接3个三星的充电器充电就可以了。不过串联起来充电应该也没问题，就是要经常检查一下每节电池的电压是否相同。我是打算把3条线引出来之后做成一个集成的充电插头，比如象电脑的串口那种。
