今天刚刚收到LXZ969兄的大头手电（小头的偶没要），看到坛子上还没有人测试过，就来简单说一下！迫不及待的拆开包裹，好多东西呀！本来是要了4只灯泡，李兄又多给了我两只25W的，还有备用开关两个，O圈两只，再此谢过，呵呵！[em02]

仔细观察了手电，做工非常的精细，CNC的加工没有一丝误差，滚花和罗纹也非常细致！但是电筒的表面给我的感觉好像是没有认何的表面处理，没有其他朋友说的“银色泛黄”的电镀感觉，完全是铝的本色，也容易留下指纹！会不会是李兄发货时拿错了呀？(经确认没有差错，看来镀层的硬度有待提高呀！)

加长套，发现一个问题：加长套与上一截筒身之间不能完全拧紧，中间有约两毫米的距离，不知道我这个是例外还是所有都如此。（刚问过李兄，告诉我少加点润滑油，用力拧，就OK了！我试了，来回拧了几下，再把铝屑擦掉，果然好了！可能是结合太紧密了！）

装好电池，实际操练！大头的光斑的确叹为观止！比我手上所有的3W手电光斑都小得多，中心亮度高许多！

半米处，发现通光量差距不大，FF3泛光亮些，大头中心亮一些！

换上15瓦灯泡：好亮，聚光很好，光斑比P60还要小，只是形状略不及P60。可能与灯丝形状有关吧！

25瓦，更亮！我故意将光斑调大一点，因为这个亮度还是大一点的光斑实用一些！

晚上拍的，25瓦，距离越约30米，高度：4楼。大头的亮度，聚光都很好，明显的一道光柱，很爽！

测试的过程中有两个小插曲，第一次是当我把加长筒加上之后发现点不亮了，起初还以为是接触不好，后来发现不对，是18650的正极太平了，甚至略有下陷，导致两节电池接触不上！这时发现一堆东西中有一个小磁片，终于制到它是干嘛的了！把它粘到正极上，刚刚好，问题解决！再次赞一下李兄的细心！另外一次是在拍25瓦光斑之前，这个按钮开关居然挂掉了，按下去就弹不起来了，只好换上备用的，还好更换十分方便，一把镊子就搞定！现在对开关质量稍有些不放心，希望下次李兄在给两个备用吧……

为一不满意的就是镀层硬度欠佳，使用才几小时，放在桌子上拍了几张照片，就有一些划痕了！

个人觉得用15W灯泡比较实用，亮度比较可观，时间有够用。总体来讲这支电筒是非常超值，用3WLED时罕有产品可出其右，还可以方便的更换为插脚灯泡，聚光效果也是一流！一支手电可以兼得LED于灯泡电筒的乐趣！

痛苦着呢！未处理的表面容易出划痕，刚到手做完测试就发现有些细小的划痕了！！

刚才和李兄联系过了，他说应该没有遗漏镀层的可能。李兄说未经镀层的颜色和灯座的颜色是一样的，我仔细比了一下，发现颜色还真不一样，如此看来应该是没有问题的了！但由此我反倒觉得这个“化学镀”的硬度也太差了点。因为手电到手到做完评测不过几个小时，其间也仅仅摆在桌面上拍照而已，但现在观察其表面，尤其是灯头部分，已经出现了不少细小的划痕！等过了12点我上图看看。不知道大家的是否也是如此……

具体多远咱不好说，但有一点肯定的是要比一般的3W电筒远很多。因为聚光很好，发散角度很小，所以我用它照几十米以外的楼依然可见到光斑，我的其它电筒的光斑早就散的看不出了！

都是一批进行的表面处理，不会单独漏一套的：）
开关和小2W、原指南针上的一样，超过3A电流就受不了，25W的灯泡的电压是8V，电流3A左右，开关散热做的好可以用的，但不建议长时间连续用，手电太热，手不好拿，长时间用的话就用LED灯头的吧，没问题的，化学镀的镀层薄，再硬也会刮花，它的颜色和铝相近，磨了也不会很明显吧[em01][em01][em01]

呵呵，电路板没有用胶粘，据说是为了方便更换LED，不影响使用！

这个化学镀指的是用亚硝酸盐钝化吧，这个只能表层防腐，没有硬度的。
