<P><FONT face=宋体>首先是完成的壳体,已经同模组的散热器组装起来了。壳体是用1270电池槽外壳锯了一部分,加1270上盖片裁剪片胶合而成。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=宋体>从上面看电池腔,可以看见与模组连接的两个螺丝。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=宋体>为了防止同模组散热器相连的螺丝短路(我测量过模组散热器是同ld阴极相连的,而电池的外壳是负极,他们短路的话相当于是ld串1欧电阻后直接并联在电池两端,后果会十分可怕!)我用1270上盖片制作的塑料片垫了起来(大概1.2mm厚吧)。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=宋体>前面的输出镜我用硬币挡起来了,防止碰伤它。细心的人看见了吧:)我的ld端子用焊锡丝短路了,防止ld的意外损坏。<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=宋体>结论,本设计中,恒流电路在锂电放电曲线的中部(</FONT>4.2<FONT face=宋体>~</FONT>3.6<FONT face=宋体>V)电流基本恒定(</FONT>3.4<FONT face=宋体>V电流开始下降,</FONT>3<FONT face=宋体>V时电流</FONT>370<FONT face=宋体>mA,看来要装一个白光二极管监视电池电压防止过放),达到设计要求。电路温升,因为没有专门的仪器,连续工作十分钟后外壳温热。总体来讲效果比较理想:)到这了大家别用东西扔我啊!只是想和大家分享一下完成一项玩具的喜悦!仅仅而已!动手能力较强的朋友可以尝试一下看看:)<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>

<P>在这个电路上,仅仅是压降小还不行,还要满足散热的需要,贴片元件小是很小,可是在电池满电、工作电流400mA时,它的压降会到1.788V,功耗会达到715.5mw,即使是加了散热器也效果一般般。所以只想知道它的型号,然后买正常封装的来改善我的电路的性能。</P>

<P>原来如此。我的电路在此,当时是为3W红外管做的,因此电流比较大,最大是5A。图方便简单的焊过试验过,但没有装。由于没装散热,5A下1秒就热了,只够间歇测量用。串联的3个硅整流二极管做假负载。</P>
<P>电路图中的9012实际应为9013。</P>

<P>我这个电路必须用轨-轨运放,普通的(比如LM358)电压拉不上去。</P>
<P>c1983是高Beta管,管脚是b、c、e。供电就用锂电,是三节并联的。我并不太讲究效率,太复杂了而且有危险。两套电池间歇使用容量不成问题。</P>
