3w头灯diy进行时(终于更新完)

<P>电池盒有橡胶圈,据称是防水的,没有试验一下,看起来做工还不错,少有些粗糙</P>

<P>也算是“一汪黄水”不过即不正也不匀。点亮了一下,周围的三个小led的亮度还是让人满意的,但主灯看起来除了聚光好些,感觉似乎没亮出多少来!当然是要改装的了。光色不错的说</P>

<P>拆开之后发现led居然没用散热片,是装在一个卡口灯泡的铁壳里,上面有一小圈铝合金就算是散热了。点了半个多小时,温度一直不是很高(电流800-900ma),然后随机配的碳型电池就基本没电了</P>

<P>翻过来看看电路板,一个双端开关,一大三小共计四个电阻就构成了全部的电路。内部空间和电路板都够大了,改造应该不会太难</P>

<P>目前的改造计划:</P>
<P>1,使用7135并联驱动3w的led,当然不是这个,而是ls的。3个小led仍然用电阻限流工作</P>
<P>2,换为半橘皮27mm的反光碗。问题是我想保留3个小led势必要在反光碗上开孔,不知道对聚光会有多大影响</P>
<P>3,目前还没想好,随时补充</P>

<P>用碱性电池,电流开机时在750ma,逐步降低,稳定在650ma左右</P>
<P>最让我奇怪的是用充电电池的时候,电流只有400ma左右,是不是电压太低造成的嫩?</P>

<P>总算弄完了。可是这两天哈尔滨没水,结果也没时间弄上来。总算闲一点了</P><P>下一个难题是如何把这些东西装回到头灯里,还要保持良好的散热。为了安装本身带有散热片的led,只好把原来的支架锯掉了一部分</P><br>小led也改为使用细漆包线连接。为了散热,用铜片制作了一个散热片,没安装之前,活像某种机械上的叶片<br>等塞到头灯里的时候,隐隐觉得事情有些不妙,空间变得太狭小了,试了好几次,无论如何也无法把3WLED、反光碗,还有三个小LED同时塞到这么狭小的一个空间,只好放弃这个计划,继续开动脑筋<br>最后决定,把一片铝片锯成圆形当作散热片放入头灯。原来的那个头灯那么小的散热都不怕,我怕什么呢?只是这个加工圆形铝片的过程真可以用噩梦来形容,足足用了几个小时才弄出来一个差不多的形状。把LED下面涂满导热硅脂,然后再用502固定,总算完成了一个伟大的目标。很紧张散热情况,只好试验,点了半个小时,测量一下温度——68度,还算是可以接受,毕竟在户外长时间的照明通常不需要这么亮,平时走路,看书,做饭之类的,那三个小LED应该可以应付了<br>

<P>没想到的是,这么弄了一个散热片之后,头灯里的空间已经不足已安装我事先准备好的半橘皮反光碗了,这个散热片实在是太厚了。而如果使用那个反光碗,如何准确地开三个小孔而又不影响反光本身也是一个难题,量了一量,把原来的反光碗安回去居然尺寸正好,真不知原来头灯里那些空间是不是给我预留的,结果是转了一圈,头灯的外形没发生任何变化,当然,本质上已经完全不同了</P><P>3个小LED的光斑。曝光数据一致的情况下几乎看不到</P>

占位预定 几钱?这样的散热能行吗?何况头灯是要长时间点的,这个半小时....身上得背一箱电池..... <P>90多,散热我也很郁闷,没想好怎么处理,打算在里面加散热片,但是受体积所限,很难加很多</P>

<P>开孔对光斑形状应该不会有影响.但那个孔不太好开,除非有台转,还得把反光杯卡的很紧,还要慢慢向下转,应该能把孔开正.</P> 3个小led 就不要了吧 1个3Wled搞个2档亮度就可以了 低亮接电阻大点 出3个小led的亮度也行的 <P>3个小LED主要是考虑在户外很多时候是要不是很亮的泛光照明,每个LED控制在40MA的电流,3*40=120ma*3.3=0.4w,可以使用很久了</P>
