10度透镜改的TX0KW仿X5

透镜那里来的？方便的话PM我，谢谢 透镜出来的光斑一般都是方的。 <P>是方的.因为现在大多LED的荧光粉都是方形的.</P>
<P>小手电追求细比求短更重要. 太短了拿着会不方便. 而细点便于放口袋不碍事.</P> <P>请问楼主的这些配件从哪里弄到了？</P> <P>透镜是从论坛上问多星处买的，led是淘宝上买的，其他都是原手电里面的东西，打磨还需要工具。</P> 光斑形状跟LED里面发光点的形状有关，R bin的应该也是方的光斑，如果用韩国的1Wled，那个发光点是圆的，估计光斑也会是圆的。 咱也非常看好这片透镜,认为与咱的1AA电路配套可以作出小巧的手电. 咱与问多星都有意沟通,但似乎有距离.谢谢楼主的贴图,使咱无意中找到了货源,是一家台湾公司的产品,上海有售,另价12元,批价9元.咱将化时间对比透镜与小光碗的效果. 如果透镜效果好,咱也来做透镜,比做1AA电路掙钱容易. 咱就捎带一起做了:) 难怪咱要问多星五片透镜换咱一片电路,他不干了: ) <P>JHBHB兄!你做的X5比我的好 当时就是没有加工那5个孔的端盖的工具! 你做的真不错! 很漂亮!</P>

<P>咱要是上个图片就与一楼的第一第二张一样了.应该是完全一样的. 另外,17mm的高度只是透镜总成的高度,咱从孔中探了深度,透镜自身厚度才5mm(不会是商家拿错规格了吧,反正下次可以去换).从透镜实际厚度与透镜直径,及透镜与光点距离来看,这款透镜并不最优.接收的角度小于60度,而LED据说大都是80多度. 应该还有优化的余地. 咱怎么说咱10mm厚的透明片就不够厚了呢?</P>
