[分享]diy 3W led 灯 （3AA）

<P>3节1.4伏充电电池，电流600毫安。</P>

<P>1、买个3节电池合（带开关的），一个SW0JW 3W led, 废散热器一块；</P>
<P>2、将led板用螺丝与散热器固定好，注意防止短路；</P>
<P>3、电池合输出线直接焊到led板；</P>
<P>4、用厚双面胶将电池合与散热器粘贴好；</P>
<P>5、通电，发光。</P>

散热片不够大,还有LED和散热片之间没加导热硅脂,会影响寿命的.

用不了这么大散热器，做营灯还是可以再做小点.

<P>深圳赛格电子市场，有空去逛逛，可以讲价的，具体摊位不记得了。
<P>如果不加大散热器，2W功率下，只用led＋底板，会比较烫手。
<P>用塑料筒身，建议降低电流，200-300毫安，应该可以。

<P>另外，本灯在亮度不太刺眼时，电流降到120毫安左右，其中一节电池电压到0.5至0.8V左右，需马上更换，否则容易造成电池过放电。</P>
