DIY 35W HID探照灯

<P>不错``可惜还是安定器太大了``听说最小的35w安定器接近烟盒了。</P>
<P>对了?楼主知否35w安定器高低压保护各多少?看能否使用锂电池?看来就算能用也要9-12节锂电才能支持这么大放电阿</P>

<P>10节镍氢?是不是太多了点啊?镍氢充满是大概1.3v多点吧,10节就13v的样子,可以工作到10.8v,不错啊</P>

<P>对了,手提探照灯的灯碗应该是塑料镀铝的吧?吃的消否?</P> <P>这个灯是铝合金灯碗的,还比较厚,镀层看上去很不错。原来是12V30W卤素灯泡。现在一些国产的汽车改装用35WHID套件一套(2个灯泡,2个安定器)也就1800左右,不过质量跟海拉的肯定没法比了</P> <P>楼主终于搞成功手提HID了?恭喜恭喜啊!巨亮极毒.</P>
<P>我早就想搞了也做过金属碗的点亮实验,最终没有搞.</P>
<P>优点咱就不说了,因为不用说大家自己想吧.</P>
<P>我做人不好喜欢说缺点,而且是我自认为这种车用HID的缺点:</P>
<P>一<A>\\\\\\</A>车用的HID最致命的是灯管,它的放电的二个极点距离太长,电弧太长的后果就是聚光太差,除非用很大的灯碗,象用虎头大小的灯碗的话,几乎可以说快没有聚光了.</P>
<P>二<A>\\\\\\</A>这的安定器太大,因为它是以能长时间稳定工作为第一要素的.它还防尘防水防剧烈震动防电磁干扰防高温防低温......这些统统都是缺点而不是优点.我们的手电不是放在车内恶劣环境里的需要多加重量多加金钱来严密保护的东东.</P>
<P>三<A>\\\\\\</A>它的效率也不高.因为车载的电源充足,成本问题,效率低点能降低一块钱也是和对手竞争的法宝.改装汽车的人,关心的是亮度\\寿命\\色温\\灯的功率,有谁关心过它电路的耗电?关心过它的效率?关心过它的电路引起的发热是否手摸上去太热?</P>
<P>四<A>\\\\\\</A>还有神马和神马来着,LD要出门了,先闪.</P> <P>呵呵,35W的亮度是很爽,3200流明。就是大了点。35W的灯管两个电极距离大概4mm左右,我试过50mm灯碗,70mm投影机反光碗,都不能达到理想效果,不过这次用的灯碗是105mm直径,聚光可就很爽了,晚上有空去拍几张光束。效率和升温好像还不错,12V电压时,电流3.4A,耗电40.8W,11V时,电流3.6A,灯管是35W,效率85%-88%,升温根本没有问题,点了半个多小时,手摸上去还没有探索者点2分钟以后温度高。</P>

<P>你的东东档次高啊,平时车上用的2000以上一对的,成本只有.....</P>
<P>唉,有几个能买这么档次的来做手电呢?</P> 1.8kg重,好像就是黑豹802,有个豹头的标志。大电流放电还是镍氢安全些,还便宜,8节的全新笔记本电池板只要35元。组成电池组的成本可以控制在50元以内。晚上出去晃了一圈,专门跑到路灯还没亮的一段新路上,只见一道笔直的光束扫过去,发现50米以外的角落里停了一辆桑塔纳,车里还一男一女,有点慌乱的样子,马上点着车子走了,不小心坏了他们的好事,呵呵。 找保险公司的朋友帮忙,他们会把事故车上换下的配件带回公司,有些换下的大灯总成上的安定器和灯泡都还是好的,我就是这样得来的。还有就是找汽车4S店,他们那里换下来的东西更多。买新的改就不划算了。 <P>哦.....</P>
