反光碗也要打磨，以便能让LED的头伸出来，有点打磨过过头了。大了一点点。

将打磨好的LED和原来的灯泡插孔座直接连接起来。

装配好的灯头。现在就差一节假电池了。
还有个问题要问一下高手，用一节锂节驱动1W的LED要串多大的电阻？我串１欧的电阻电流是350mA，是否合适？谢谢。

这个反光碗汇聚效果怎么样？偶认为透镜效果会更好！
1W的LED，电流350mA绝对合适！
散热怎么样？LED基板可以接触到筒身么？

 中间的是隔离用的，以防铝座短路两个接头。用的是普通的塑料板，不晓得会不会化掉，测试一段时间再说。

聚光效果一般吧，呆会儿上张图瞧瞧。散热不是很好，铝座接触不到筒身，开几分钟铝座就烫得可以把手起水泡。正想办法解决。

一米五处的光斑图，中心聚光光斑直径20cm，泛光光斑直径有３米。
走夜路不错。

就是这个东东，官方网站上要26.95美元。我正想办法叫朋友去买。 </DIV>
 这个东西我有，没有太大意思，因为没有满功率运行，所以不是很亮。

 据说不要超过80度为爽!晕,我那个用钳子式剪刀剪的:)就因为磨太费劲了:)
